FRESH LOCAL EGGS:

Two jumbo eggs - fried, scrambled or poached. Served with our homemade multi-grain toast, English muffin or gluten-free toast and today’s breakfast meat.
OVEN-BAKED FROMELET:

A cross between an omelet and a frittata. Three whisked eggs filled with any or all of the following - onion, pepper, mushroom, cheddar cheese, cream cheese. Served with our homemade multi-grain toast, English muffin or gluten-free toast and today’s breakfast meat.
FRENCH TOAST:

Three slices of our homemade multi-grain bread dipped in a special egg wash, then coated with organic oats for a curiously crunchy texture. Accompanied by today’s breakfast meat & real Vermont maple syrup. - Vegan or gluten-free option available on request -
YOGURT PARFAIT:

Our homemade yogurt topped with fresh seasonal fruit, crunchy fruit & nut granola and real Vermont maple syrup. Served with our homemade multi-grain toast, English muffin or gluten-free toast and today’s breakfast meat. - Gluten-free option available on request -
WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES:

Buttermilk, sour cream and our house blend of whole wheat & white flours give these cakes great texture & flavor. Served three to an order, either plain or with wild Maine blueberries, local apples or chocolate chips. Add walnuts for extra crunch. Served with today’s breakfast meat & real Vermont maple syrup. - Gluten-free option available on request -
BAKED GRAPEFRUIT:

A pink grapefruit is halved, then topped with real Vermont maple syrup & walnut-oat crumble. Oven-baked until warm & juicy. Served with our homemade multi-grain toast, English muffin or gluten-free toast and today’s breakfast meat. - Vegan or gluten-free option available on request -
OATMEAL:

A hearty bowl of organic oats topped with a warm maple-cinnamon-apple compote. Accompanied by today’s breakfast meat. - Vegan option available on request -

About our breakfast products...

OUR EGGS:

Delivered fresh weekly from Donald Terry’s Egg Farm, just up the road in Moretown, VT.
OUR MULTI-GRAIN BREAD:

Made in-house and used for both regular toast & our French Toast. We use a variety of whole grain flours, and all of our breads are suitable for vegans.
OUR YOGURT:

Made in-house, using organic whole Jersey milk from Rogers Farmstead in Berlin, VT.
OUR BREAKFAST MEAT:

Procured from North Country Smokehouse in Claremont, NH. Both our bacon & sausage are 100% natural, containing no fillers, nitrites, nitrates, phosphates or other preservatives.
OUR MAPLE SYRUP:

Made right here in Waitsfield, VT by Eastman Long & Sons. Look for “Easty” at the Waitsfield Farmers’ Market every Saturday, May-Oct. During the winter, you’ll find his blue van at the junction of 17 & 100 on weekend afternoons.
OUR PRESERVES:

Our apple cider jelly comes from Wood’s Cider Mill in Springfield, VT. It contains no added sugar or preservatives, just apple cider boiled until it thickens. Our fruit jams come from Sidehill Farm in Brattleboro, VT. They contain nothing but fruit, sugar & lemon juice.
